LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT

We have expertise in the negotiation and resolution of labour and industrial disputes. We render mediation and conciliation services. We also have experience in the collective bargaining process and have negotiated and drafted collective agreements, Recognition Agreements and other transactional documents relating to trade union law and practice. The Pensions Reform Act of 2004 and the Employees’ Compensation Act 2010 place considerable new obligations on employers of labour and we advise companies on their duties and responsibilities under these legislations.
