This includes determination of whether a particular Company can be turned around, an identification of the symptoms of an ailing Company, the cause(s) of decline of an ailing Company and the specific turnaround strategy(ies) for the resuscitation of an ailing Company. This involves the appropriate due diligence procedure recommended by the Central Bank of Nigeria and other regulatory bodies in the Nigerian Financial Sector.
We also carry out the liquidation of both sound and ailing companies, where the ailing companies have no prospect for turnaround, or where the members voluntary agree to windup the Company, or where the courts have directed by the concerned Companies be wound up.
